That was the difference in the score of the game as the Orphans steam rolled the Devils 24-7.

With half the team in Kansas City, the Devils started the game with nine players. The Devils did jump out to a three nothing lead however, that would be short lived as the Orphans scored four runs in the first, seven runs in the second, four more in the third, another four in the forth and five more in the fifth. Ugly does not begin to describe this game. The Devils should have offered a refund to all of the fans who had pay to sit through that debacle.

One of the few highlights of the game came in the third inning when Andrew Engebretson absolutely destroyed a pitch. That ball would not come back to the park as Andrew drove the ball through the trees in left center with its final touchdown coming in Howard Lake.
