A short handed squad took on the Kings in Cokato. The bottom of the Devils order had one hit in twelve at bats which contributed to the Devils leaving six runners in scoring position.

The Devils scored the first two runs of the game in the third inning. With one out, Andrew Miller walked. Tom Fisk doubled to center scoring Andrew from first. After a strike out, KC Johnson singled into left scoring Tom from second.

The Kings scored three runs in the fourth to take a 3-2 lead but the Devils went on to tie the game in the top of the fifth. With two outs, Led Gregg singled to left. Luke Hagen drove in Lee with a double to deep center.

It was downhill from there as the Kings took the lead in the bottom half of the fifth scoring two runs and never looking back, taking the game 8-4.
