The Diamond Devils score five runs in the last two innings on their way to a 6-4 victory over the DC Saints.

Pat McPherson pitched the first five innings leaving the game with the Devils down by a run. Billy Soule pitched the final four innings to pick up the win.

Down by a run in the fifth inning the Devils scored a run to tie the game. Tom Fisk led off the inning with a single to right field. TJ Aalid followed with an infield single. A ground ball to second forced TJ at second and left the Devils with runners at the corners. Ryan Dwyer's ground ball to second was booted allowing the first run for the Devils to score.

The Devils took the lead in the eighth inning scoring three runs. Ryan Dwyer singled in the first at bat of the inning but was caught stealing in the next at bat. Billy Soule singled and then stole second base. Andrew Pratt drove Billy home on a base hit to center. Adam Gregg singled to left giving the Devils runners at first and second. KC Johnson scored both runners on a double.

The Devils added to the lead in the top of the ninth. With two outs, Billy Soule singled on a ball hit to deep short. Andrew Pratt followed with a single to right. Adam Gregg drove in both runners with a double.
