Most of the time when the Diamond Devils score 11 runs they are usually on the winning side.  Not this time as the Lakers out hit the Devils by eight on their way to collecting 22 for the game.  The Devils' defense did not do the pitchers any favors as they commited seven errors.  Maple Lake's Chad Raiche had the big hit for the game with a home run to left center.  The Devils' Barry McCabe came close to a home run but had to settle for a single as he went into the homerun trot as the ball bounced off the left center field fence.
