CJ Goodwald only had to pitch four innings to earn another victory as the Diamond Devil hitters end this game in an hour and twenty-five minutes.

The hitters did not waste any time in this game, scoring three runs in the bottom of the first. Brandon Schliinz had the big hit in the inning, driving in two runs with a double to right center.

The hitters scored five more runs in the second. Both Ryan Dwyer and Matt Duenwald hit doubles in the inning. Ryan led off the inning with his and Matt scored the final two runs in the inning with his.

In the fourth, the Devils scored seven more runs, all of them with two outs. After the second out, it was looking as if the Devils were going to have to end the game early in the fifth. But the next nine batters reached base on six hits, one walk and two hit by pitches.

CJ pitched another good game as he threw 56 pitches in four innings. The only trouble he had came in the first when the Merchants had runners at third and second. CJ was able to get out of the situation with a strike out, his third of the inning. Paul Kunz came in and pitched the final inning in a very non-save situation as the Devils win this 15-0.
